Description

  • Develop, own, and execute the comprehensive web strategy for all four corporate websites aligned to business and marketing objectives (brand, demand generation, customer support).
  • Design, implement, and continuously optimize information architecture and user experience across all sites to improve navigation and conversion paths.
  • Own web analytics platforms (e.g., GA4), track and interpret performance KPIs, and report on visibility including emerging AI answer-surface metrics.
  • Plan and run A/B tests and experiments, use data to identify bottlenecks, and prioritize initiatives to maximize ROI.
  • Serve as a hands-on contributor by executing content updates, minor design changes, and strategic web initiatives.
  • Manage and prioritize the workload of a dedicated Senior Web Developer and a Senior SEO Strategist, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of technical projects.
  • Lead development and maintenance on modern CMS platforms with primary responsibility for Webflow implementations, collection structures, integrations, and deployments.
  • Champion adoption of AI-driven workflow and optimization tools to improve team velocity and consistency across the portfolio.
  • Act as primary web liaison to Marketing, Content, Sales, and other teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and launch integrated digital campaigns.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in web strategy, UX, or digital marketing leadership managing multiple, complex web properties.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with Webflow, including deep knowledge of collection structure, integrations, and deployment.
  • Expert-level proficiency with web analytics (GA4), user behavior analysis, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted analytics and testing platforms and experience incorporating AI into analytics/testing workflows.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) principles and how large language models discover, evaluate, and cite web content; familiarity with Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, and Google AI Overviews.
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic (roadmaps, goal-setting) and executional levels (making platform changes, managing assets).
  • Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report or dedicated developer, including task delegation and performance oversight.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, structured data/schema markup, web accessibility, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to explain complex web concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content, design, and optimization tools (preferred).

  • Salary range $135,000 - $140,000 per year; role is bonus eligible (final offer dependent on qualifications and experience).
