Description

  • Act as a strategic partner to large field service businesses and align WorkWave’s platform to their business outcomes.
  • Lead executive-level discovery and vision conversations with C-level and other senior stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles over long time horizons.
  • Prospect strategically to identify, engage, and convert enterprise targets into customers.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers to deliver product demos and tailored solution recommendations.
  • Build, manage, and close a pipeline of multi-million-dollar SaaS opportunities.
  • Maintain strong visibility and collaboration with cross-functional and executive leaders across the company.
  • Use sales tools and technology to manage pipeline activity, create proposals, and advance deals.

Requirements

  • 5 years of success in SaaS solutions sales.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Ability to lead high-stakes conversations with C-level decision-makers.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align software solutions to business objectives.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in follow-through.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships based on credibility and trust.
  • Calm and resilient under pressure.
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on helping service professionals grow their businesses.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year.
  • On-target earnings of $190,000 - $250,000 with uncapped commission.
