Description

  • Own the day-to-day execution of corporate communications programs aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Draft, edit, and manage corporate content such as press releases, executive talking points, media pitches, and thought leadership articles.
  • Serve as the internal lead for an external PR agency or consultant, coordinating content flow, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage speaking opportunities and corporate or brand awards from tracking and submissions through executive prep and internal promotion.
  • Monitor and manage corporate review platforms, including drafting and posting review responses and supporting review generation processes.
  • Lead Reddit strategy by monitoring discussions, engaging with threads, and managing brand presence in core vertical communities.
  • Develop and manage the influencer relations program by identifying and building relationships with industry thought leaders.
  • Create and distribute internal communications such as employee newsletters, all-hands content, and intranet updates.
  • Ensure brand consistency across communication channels and train cross-functional teams on brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales to align brand messaging across campaigns, events, and product launches.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Experience developing and executing communication strategies for both internal and external audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to write crisp, compelling, and error-free copy for multiple channels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Experience with media monitoring tools such as Cision or Muck Rack.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, or internal communications platforms.
  • Ability to confidently advise subject matter experts, senior leaders, and external partners.
  • Self-starter who can anticipate issues and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • $80,000 - $100,000 annual salary range.
