Description

  • Learn the platform and communicate its value to small and growing lawn service businesses with 10-50 employees.
  • Lead online demos that help stakeholders envision growth, efficiency, and digital transformation.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing with a hunter mentality.
  • Balance outbound prospecting with prompt follow-up on inbound MQLs.
  • Conduct discovery, scoping, and proof-of-concept activities to create a smooth prospect experience.
  • Use Salesforce, SalesLoft, and 6Sense to manage activity, forecast accurately, and maintain a predictable pipeline.
  • Hit weekly KPIs including demos booked and held and 3x pipeline goals.
  • Close deals consistently to exceed quota.
  • Work independently while managing territory ownership and pipeline health.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a closing sales role within SMB markets.
  • Experience in a SaaS SMB Account Executive role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening, negotiation, and consultative selling.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deals and quick turnarounds.
  • Ability to prospect proactively, lead demos, and close deals efficiently.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and ability to build authentic relationships quickly.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and 6Sense (preferred).
