Description

  • Learn the platform quickly and understand its value for small and growing lawn care businesses with 10-49 employees.
  • Lead online demos that help stakeholders envision growth, efficiency, and digital transformation.
  • Own a territory and manage the sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
  • Balance outbound prospecting with fast follow-up on inbound MQLs.
  • Conduct discovery, scoping, and proof-of-concept activities to create a smooth prospect experience.
  • Use Salesforce, SalesLoft, and 6Sense to manage activity, forecast accurately, and build pipeline.
  • Track weekly KPIs such as demos booked and held and maintaining 3x pipeline.
  • Close deals consistently to exceed quota.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a closing sales role within SMB markets.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a SaaS SMB Account Executive role.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong pipeline management and proactive prospecting skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening, thoughtful negotiation, and consultative selling.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals and quick turnarounds.
  • Ability to lead demos, influence stakeholders, and close deals efficiently.
  • Comfort using Salesforce, SalesLoft, and 6Sense or similar sales tools.
  • A positive, relationship-driven attitude with the ability to earn trust quickly.
