Description

  • Lead, grow, and develop a team of software engineers working on specialized software development.
  • Build observability, incident management, and release pipelines to support high service availability and delivery velocity.
  • Contribute hands-on to software design, architecture, implementation, and testing.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
  • Represent the team in cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and operations teams.
  • Support definition, monitoring, and execution of team performance goals.
  • Set the technical roadmap and select the appropriate technology stack.
  • Align engineering priorities with business objectives and manage execution over time.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing engineering teams.
  • Strong proficiency or deep experience with C#, C++, and Python.
  • Experience with mobile development platforms such as iOS, Android, or Flutter.
  • Proficiency in API design, microservices, and data security.
  • Extensive experience leading technology teams in software product development.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and the ability to integrate AI/ML.
  • Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and observability.
  • Expert understanding of software engineering fundamentals such as design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
  • University degree in computer science, applied mathematics, electronic engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Fluent written and spoken English at C1 level.
  • Familiarity with neuroscience, industrial communication, or voice-driven user interaction technologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native services using Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure and DevOps practices is a plus.
