Description

  • Create, execute, and operationalize instructor-led training for customers and partners in virtual and in-person formats.
  • Design, build, and operationalize program capabilities, frameworks, and metrics.
  • Harmonize cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to keep programs aligned.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging learning activities and curriculum that improve retention and customer outcomes.
  • Maintain and update training materials in response to product updates and changes.
  • Develop advanced instructor-led training materials.
  • Recommend improvements to Workato's education services.
  • Stay current on industry tools and technologies to improve the training experience.
  • Deliver a suite of instructor-led events for different customer personas and skill levels.
  • Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate various personas.
  • Assess student practical exercises.
  • Track and analyze training KPIs, including surveys, instructor utilization, registration-to-participation rates, passed exams, and testimonials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or as a Solutions Consultant, Automation Consultant, or related occupation.
  • Experience communicating with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an iPaaS/SaaS organization.
  • Experience documenting business processes and applying technology to optimize and automate them.
  • Understanding of operating models, SDLC, security, and governance in large enterprises.
  • Knowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, EBusiness Suite, and databases.
  • Full-time telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
  • Ability to travel throughout the U.S. every few months for 1–5 days at a time.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Benefits

  • Salary of $133,266 to $175,000 per year.
  • 40-hour workweek with a Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule.
