Description

  • Explore workflow-aware planning, cost-optimized RAG, tool-use evaluation, and multi-agent collaboration.
  • Prototype and benchmark models to validate research ideas and approaches.
  • Present research findings internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ship research-backed features.
  • Contribute to open-source repositories.
  • Author technical blog posts and other technical content.

Requirements

  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch, JAX, and modern LLM frameworks.
  • Strong publication record in top-tier ML venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR, or demonstrably impactful experimental work.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale model training.
  • Experience with transformer architectures.
  • Experience with reinforcement-learning techniques.
  • Experience with CUDA.
  • Curiosity-driven and self-directed.
  • Ability to explain complex ideas to non-experts.
  • Strong teamwork mindset and openness to feedback and knowledge-sharing.
