Description

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for a portfolio of 10 to 15 clients.
  • Manage monthly ad spend of approximately USD 50,000 to USD 60,000 and make daily performance-based adjustments.
  • Build and manage audiences from scratch, including lookalikes, remarketing, customer lists, exclusions, and funnel-stage segments.
  • Set up, validate, and troubleshoot end-to-end tracking using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, and CRM integrations.
  • Optimize landing pages for conversion using WordPress, Elementor, GoHighLevel, or similar tools.
  • Run A/B tests on headlines, forms, CTAs, and other conversion elements.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates.
  • Manage email marketing and SMS automations, including pipelines, workflows, segmentation, deliverability, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain dashboards and weekly reports in Agency Analytics and internal reporting tools.
  • Document playbooks, learnings, and repeatable processes while coordinating with internal teams on performance and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing.
  • Current experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in an agency or fast-paced growth environment.
  • Strong, daily working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads over the last 12 months.
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns and demonstrate measurable results.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and making decisions based on performance metrics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Experience with CRM integrations for closed-loop attribution.
  • Experience creating and managing lookalike audiences, customer lists, retargeting audiences, exclusion audiences, and advanced funnel-based segmentation.
  • Experience building, optimizing, and A/B testing landing pages using WordPress, Elementor, GoHighLevel, or similar tools.
  • Experience running email marketing and SMS marketing campaigns, plus familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including workflows, lead nurturing, pipelines, and automations, is highly valued.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients and in restaurants, hospitality, franchises, or multi-location businesses is highly valued.
  • Ability to build dashboards in Agency Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools is highly valued.
  • Advanced English level (minimum C1/C2).
  • Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with AI tools applied to digital marketing is a plus.
