Description

  • Perform weekly product and branch homologation by matching sellout data to the corporate catalog and validating information with KAMs.
  • Maintain and update the branch catalog by collecting new records and checking data completeness and uniqueness.
  • Create and update branch records directly in the database after quality validations.
  • Generate and maintain automated tracking reports for homologation follow-up on a weekly basis.
  • Document the processes and applications used in homologation workflows.
  • Validate data quality and consistency before any information is added to the catalog.

Requirements

  • Currently studying or completed higher education in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis.
  • Experience with Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including advanced queries and uniqueness validation for unique IDs.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including filters, pivot tables, and formulas, plus business intelligence tools for reporting.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to technical environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and rigor in process execution.
  • Ability to follow instructions and validate deliverables before sending them.
  • Responsibility and autonomy to follow up without constant reminders.
  • Good teamwork and communication with business and technology teams.
  • Proactivity and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with data quality processes is preferred.

Benefits

  • 100% remote work.
  • Full-time schedule (8 hours per day).
  • Monthly net compensation of USD 850 to 1,000.
  • 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal based on good performance.
