Description

Design and implement applied AI solutions for production environments.
Build AI-powered voice agents and conversational AI experiences.
Develop sentiment analysis and conversation intelligence capabilities.
Create backend automation and workflow orchestration solutions.
Implement AI-assisted redaction of sensitive data such as credit card information.
Build and maintain data pipelines that feed AI systems.
Integrate AI tools and services into existing enterprise systems and business workflows.
Collaborate on system architecture across AWS and Azure environments.
Contribute code directly and participate in technical decision-making.
Evaluate and integrate new AI tools in a pragmatic and cost-effective way.

Requirements

5+ years of backend or software engineering experience, with Python preferred.
Proven experience implementing AI solutions in real business contexts.
Experience with APIs and system integrations, such as FastAPI or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud environments, especially AWS and/or Azure.
Understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding.
Strong problem-solving mindset and pragmatic thinking.
Experience in contact centers, BPO, or customer experience technology.
Familiarity with workflow tools such as Power Automate, Logic Apps, or n8n.
Experience with LLM-based applications and concepts such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Experience with Amazon Connect or voice AI systems is preferred.
Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC or PCI is preferred.
C# experience is preferred.
