Description

  • Design and implement applied AI solutions for production environments.
  • Build AI-powered voice agents and conversational AI experiences.
  • Develop sentiment analysis and conversation intelligence capabilities.
  • Create backend automation and workflow orchestration solutions.
  • Implement AI-assisted redaction of sensitive data such as credit card information.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines that feed AI systems.
  • Integrate AI tools and services into existing enterprise systems and business workflows.
  • Collaborate on system architecture across AWS and Azure environments.
  • Contribute code directly and participate in technical decision-making.
  • Evaluate and integrate new AI tools in a pragmatic and cost-effective way.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of backend or software engineering experience, with Python preferred.
  • Proven experience implementing AI solutions in real business contexts.
  • Experience with APIs and system integrations, such as FastAPI or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, especially AWS and/or Azure.
  • Understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and pragmatic thinking.
  • Experience in contact centers, BPO, or customer experience technology.
  • Familiarity with workflow tools such as Power Automate, Logic Apps, or n8n.
  • Experience with LLM-based applications and concepts such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Experience with Amazon Connect or voice AI systems is preferred.
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC or PCI is preferred.
  • C# experience is preferred.
