Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Prepare and post job ads across multiple platforms and talent networks.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS or recruitment tracker.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Recommend process improvements and contribute to recruitment strategy development.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
  • Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience hiring for remote or offshore roles is an advantage.
  • Reliable and stable internet connection for a remote role.
  • Full-time schedule aligned with the client’s preferred time zone.
  • Ability to communicate consistently with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ability to submit candidate profiles, updates, and recruitment reports in a timely manner.
  • Professional and confidential handling of sensitive candidate information.
