Description

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads based on client criteria.
  • Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, social platforms, and other outreach channels.
  • Qualify leads by assessing interest, fit, and engagement level.
  • Maintain organized lead records and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Support marketing and sales teams with data collection, segmentation, and list building.
  • Follow outreach scripts and messaging guidelines while personalizing communication when needed.
  • Schedule meetings, calls, or demos for the sales team.
  • Track outreach performance, response rates, and lead conversion metrics.
  • Assist with ongoing lead nurturing efforts to move prospects through the pipeline.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, prospecting, or inside sales.
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation software, or prospecting platforms.
  • Ability to conduct thorough online research and data validation.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage large volumes of leads.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve outreach and conversion targets.
  • Comfortable reaching out to prospects through multiple communication channels.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Remote role requiring a stable and reliable internet connection.
  • Full-time schedule aligned with the client’s preferred time zone.
  • Timely and consistent communication with the client and internal teams.
  • Accurate documentation of lead interactions, progress, and outcomes.
  • Commitment to maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, and professional outreach standards.
  • Accountability for meeting lead generation goals and supporting sales pipeline growth.

Benefits

  • Full-time remote work arrangement.
  • Compensation of up to AUD 1,500 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
