Description

  • Define and execute the long-term brand strategy and vision for FGO.
  • Lead integrated marketing plans across DTC, Amazon, retail, and international channels.
  • Own the full marketing calendar, including product launches, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
  • Use consumer insights and performance data to optimize marketing effectiveness and engagement.
  • Oversee the innovation pipeline and help bring new product ideas to market.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a growing marketing team.
  • Guide creative development and brand storytelling across digital, social, email, content, and packaging.
  • Partner with eCommerce, sales, and operations to align strategies across the funnel from discovery to retention.
  • Lead performance analysis and reporting to evaluate ROI, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Represent FGO externally with media, partners, and at key events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior brand leadership role at a CPG or wellness brand.
  • Proven experience building and scaling brands across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels.
  • Strong background in data-driven marketing, consumer insights, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Amazon insights, and DTC dashboards.
  • Experience building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent storytelling, positioning, and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Deep passion for health, wellness, and sustainability, with alignment to FGO’s mission.
  • Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, ideally with exposure to private equity or high-growth brands.
  • Preferred: experience leading a brand through rapid growth or transformation, private equity-backed businesses, or international expansion strategies.
