Description

  • Source and screen potential candidates across open positions to build qualified applicant pools.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams to ensure timely progress through the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records to ensure accurate candidate data and hiring metrics.
  • Assist hiring managers in defining role requirements, candidate qualifications, and job specifications.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide timely updates, feedback, and a positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and improve process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the tech sector.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and common recruitment tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for connecting candidates to opportunities.
  • Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
