Description

  • Meet with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines.
  • Draft job descriptions and posting strategies aligned with market conditions.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and talent communities.
  • Conduct structured phone and video screenings to assess skills, fit, and career goals.
  • Administer skills assessments or case studies when needed.
  • Manage candidate communication from outreach through offer to ensure a strong candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates, gather hiring team feedback, and facilitate hiring debriefs.
  • Document structured evaluation notes in the ATS and maintain accurate process records.
  • Draft, present, and negotiate offers, and support onboarding for smooth transitions.
  • Track recruitment metrics and present pipeline and performance dashboards to leadership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, or iCIMS.
  • Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean searches.
  • Strong interview and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, metrics-driven, and able to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Agency or high-volume recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Industry exposure in SaaS, finance, professional services, or property management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements is preferred.
