Description

  • Provide expert guidance on deployment, operational best practices, and establishing a Wiz Center of Excellence.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for customer questions and escalations, coordinating with Support, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales.
  • Lead workshops that help customers realize the full value of the Wiz platform.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders from practitioners to C-level leaders to drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Help customers create Success Plans with clear goals and KPIs, then measure and report progress internally and externally.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues quickly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Advocate for customer needs across internal teams and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support contract renewals and identify opportunities to expand Wiz usage within customer organizations.
  • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the Wiz platform and monitor emerging cloud security threats.
  • Grow knowledge of the Wiz ecosystem, including cloud service providers and technology partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or Customer Success Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, cloud architectures, and security best practices.
  • CSP-level certifications such as Certified Solutions Architect or Certified DevOps Engineer are preferred.
  • Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes and their security considerations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution.
  • Proven experience building relationships with enterprise clients and driving customer success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without visa sponsorship.
  • Ideally based in the Netherlands.
