Description

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey with Wiz.
  • Guide customers through deployment, configuration, and operationalization using best practices.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for a book of customers across email, meetings, Slack, and support tickets.
  • Help customers build success plans with measurable goals aligned to security and compliance objectives.
  • Drive customer adoption, value realization, and satisfaction across Cloud, Code, and Runtime security use cases.
  • Project manage adoption and operationalization goals across business units and stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer blockers by coordinating with internal and external teams on people, process, and technology issues.
  • Track customer business goals, health, risks, and renewal/expansion opportunities.
  • Report progress and outcomes through QBRs and executive briefings.
  • Capture feature requests and adoption blockers and relay customer needs to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles supporting a cloud or cloud-security product.
  • Experience in roles such as Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Customer Success Engineer, or Architect.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and architecture for at least one CSP such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI.
  • Preferred: CSP certification such as Certified Solutions Architect or Certified DevOps Engineer.
  • Familiarity with cloud-security best practices, threat models, and CNAPP use cases.
  • Preferred: security certification or experience helping organizations solve cloud-security challenges.
  • Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes and their security considerations.
  • Familiarity with DevOps technologies including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating system concepts and runtime sensing.
  • Proven track record managing a book of business with 5-10+ customers.
  • Proven track record building relationships with enterprise clients, driving outcomes, and exceeding performance targets.
  • Ability to work across multiple communication channels, including Slack, email, and support tickets.
  • Ability to use data and systems such as CRM and log analysis tools to monitor health and identify trends.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without visa sponsorship.
