Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and technical advocate for assigned customer accounts.
  • Lead customer onboarding, adoption, and platform value realization.
  • Facilitate goal-setting workshops and align platform capabilities with customer objectives.
  • Guide customers in operationalizing use cases and integrating Dragos into security and operational workflows.
  • Provide technical guidance, best practices, workshops, training, and executive briefings.
  • Monitor customer health, adoption, and utilization, addressing risks and developing recovery plans for at-risk accounts.
  • Conduct account reviews and value realization discussions to track progress and identify improvements.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, Services, and Sales teams while representing customer feedback.
  • Travel throughout Europe as required, up to 30%.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in OT, ICS, or critical infrastructure environments, including knowledge of ICS, SCADA, or DCS systems.
  • Experience in security operations, threat detection, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, or related cybersecurity disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of industrial cybersecurity, OT/ICS environments, cyber risk management, and security operations workflows.
  • Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, SANS ICS Five Critical Controls, CAF, the Cyber Resilience Act, or comparable frameworks.
  • Ability to engage and influence technical and business stakeholders through workshops, training, and advisory work.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills.
  • Familiarity with European critical infrastructure regulations and cyber resilience requirements preferred.
  • German or other European language proficiency highly preferred.
  • Successful completion of a background check required.
