Description

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor and contact for a book of strategic customers throughout their Wiz journey.
  • Guide customers through deployment, configuration, and operationalization of Wiz using cloud security best practices.
  • Resolve technical questions and issues through email, Slack, and support tickets.
  • Proactively drive customers toward full adoption, value realization, and reduced cloud, code, and runtime security risk.
  • Help customers build success plans with measurable goals aligned to security and compliance objectives.
  • Project manage adoption and operationalization efforts across business units and stakeholders.
  • Track customer progress, health, risks, and value realization, and communicate results to executive stakeholders.
  • Lead value-based conversations and contribute to QBRs and executive briefings.
  • Capture feature requests and adoption blockers and partner with Product and Engineering on priority and solutions.
  • Support renewals and expansion opportunities in partnership with sales and renewals teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve TAM processes, mentor other TAMs, and assist with technical escalations.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, ideally supporting a cloud or cloud-security product.
  • Experience in roles such as Senior Technical Account Manager, Senior Professional Services Engineer, Principal Solutions Engineer, Senior Technical Support Specialist, Lead Customer Success Engineer, or Sr. Architect.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent advanced experience.
  • Ability to manage ambiguous responsibilities while creating and improving net-new processes.
  • Expert understanding of cloud services and architecture across at least 2 CSPs (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI).
  • Multiple advanced CSP certifications are preferred, such as Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional.
  • Deep familiarity with cloud-security best practices, advanced threat models, and complex CNAPP use cases.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP or CCSP are preferred.
  • Practical experience deploying and operationalizing containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Practical experience with DevOps technologies including CI/CD, version control systems, and infrastructure as code, plus their security implications.
  • Expert-level familiarity with Linux and Windows operating system security concepts and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Proven track record managing a book of business with 5+ complex enterprise or strategic customers.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships and exceed performance targets.
  • Advanced ability to use data and systems such as CRM and log analysis tools to monitor customer health and retention.
  • Extensive experience creating customer-facing artifacts and decks.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
