Description

  • Provide expert guidance on deployment, operational best practices, and establishing a Wiz Center of Excellence.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for customer questions and escalations, coordinating with Support, Product Management, and other teams.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders from practitioners to C-level leaders.
  • Help customers create Success Plans with goals and key performance indicators, then track and report progress.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and escalations to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Advocate for customer needs across Product, Support, Engineering, and other internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams to support contract renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the Wiz platform and cloud security threats.
  • Contribute to customer workshops that help customers realize value from the Wiz platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or Customer Success Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, cloud architectures, and cloud security best practices.
  • CSP-level certifications such as Certified Solutions Architect or Certified DevOps Engineer are preferred.
  • Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and their security considerations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients and exceeding performance targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship; this role does not offer visa sponsorship.
