Description

  • Manage all aspects of complex enterprise-grade SaaS product deployments.
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to define national, state, and territory requirements.
  • Oversee program-level change management with client partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure program milestones, deadlines, and documentation support customer acceptance and revenue recognition.
  • Collaborate with customers, sales, product, engineering, and software services leaders to define scope and delivery timelines.
  • Participate in defining program scope and objectives through research and fact-finding.
  • Support work estimation and program planning activities.
  • Maintain clear communication across all teams involved in each project.
  • Scale existing project methodologies to support deployments in international markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of IT experience in a support or deployment role.
  • Experience delivering large software deployment, infrastructure, or enterprise application programs.
  • Experience with enterprise-level and cross-functional projects through successful completion.
  • Experience using technical program or project management tracking tools, preferably Smartsheet.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Previous experience with international business operations and scaling projects for international markets.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously to meet objectives with minimal oversight.
  • Analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Must pass a CJIS background check and maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
  • US citizenship is required for working with sensitive government data and passing security clearance.
