Description

  • Own diverse customer projects and initiatives with a primary focus on cloud security.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Success, product, engineering, and customer teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build deep understanding of each customer’s business vision, culture, processes, and cloud security requirements.
  • Develop relationships across customer organizations from day-to-day practitioners to CISO-level stakeholders.
  • Evangelize Wiz’s value and influence customers to adopt secure solutions at the right time.
  • Ensure Wiz guidance and resources are understood and executed by customers while advocating internally for customer security needs.
  • Guide customers post-onboarding through adoption and large-scale transformation efforts with an emphasis on security best practices.
  • Identify strategic cloud opportunities, expand usage into new business units, and support TCO and business case analysis.
  • Help remove blockers, define milestones, and implement processes that support secure workload migrations.
  • Define training and governance strategies to strengthen customer enablement and adoption of Wiz.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a CSM, AE, or in another customer-facing strategic role.
  • Proven track record working with Fortune 100 customers using cloud-based technology.
  • Experience managing strategic customers and solving complex engagements with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Deep understanding of Security SaaS offerings and pricing models.
  • Ability to quickly learn Wiz’s offerings and pricing.
  • Must be located in the Central United States.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformations (preferred).
  • Experience with tool ecosystems and tool consolidation decisions (preferred).

  • US base salary range of $136,800 to $152,000 annually.
