Description

  • Report to the Director of Growth Sales and work with a team focused on customer business needs.
  • Build secure infrastructure for customers’ cloud environments by understanding how their businesses operate.
  • Ask questions, listen to customers, and educate them on solutions and value.
  • Maintain and update SFDC accounts accurately and consistently.
  • Provide consulting and professional advice to customers and prospects.
  • Adapt sales conversations and meetings based on customer needs rather than following a fixed script.
  • Collaborate effectively with previous sales operations teams and other internal partners.
  • Sell to SMB and mid-enterprise customers in the SaaS and security space.
  • Engage with C-level executives during the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling SMB or mid-enterprise solutions in the SaaS/security space.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives.
  • SaaS sales experience.
  • Strong process orientation and attention to detail, especially in SFDC account updates.
  • Ability to provide consulting and professional advice.
  • Ability to listen to customer needs and adjust approach accordingly.
  • Ability to pivot during meetings instead of relying on a script.
  • Team-oriented mindset and comfort working collaboratively.
  • Ability to hit targets year after year.
  • Security or cloud security domain expertise (preferred).
  • Startup experience (preferred).
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without visa sponsorship.
