Description

  • Own diverse customer projects and initiatives with a primary focus on cloud security, working across sales, support, success, product, engineering, and customer teams.
  • Influence key stakeholders and maintain effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business vision, culture, processes, and cloud security requirements.
  • Build and grow relationships across customer organizations, from day-to-day practitioners to CISO-level leaders.
  • Evangelize Wiz value and guide customers toward adopting the right secure solutions at the right time.
  • Ensure Wiz guidance and resources are understood and executed by customers while advocating internally for customer security needs.
  • Guide customers through post-onboarding adoption stages and large-scale transformations with a strong emphasis on secure cloud practices.
  • Solve customer security challenges by introducing new ideas, tools, and mechanisms and overcoming internal blockers.
  • Work with the Customer Account team to identify strategic cloud opportunities, including expansion within new business units.
  • Support TCO analysis, business case development, and governance structures that improve adoption and secure workload migrations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a CSM, AE, PM, or in another customer-facing strategic role.
  • Proven track record of working with Fortune 100 customers and cloud-based technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Deep understanding of Security SaaS offerings and pricing models.
  • Ability to learn Wiz’s offerings and pricing quickly.
  • Experience with large-scale transformations, program management, or customer adoption work is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates must be located in the TOLA region (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas).
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
