Description

  • Identify and research potential leads across cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and qualify opportunities for cloud security solutions.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to align outreach strategy and ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect activity in Salesforce, including outreach, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Own the sales pipeline by ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent progress toward targets and KPIs.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals while demonstrating resilience and professionalism in the face of rejection.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
  • Passion for sales and technology, with an interest in cloud security and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies.
  • Proactive, positive attitude and a commitment to success.
  • CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Preferred: cloud or security sales experience.
  • Preferred: familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
