Description

  • Identify and research potential leads and build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Engage prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and qualify leads for cloud security solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align strategies and ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and activity records in Salesforce, tracking outreach, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Take full ownership of your sales pipeline, ensure timely follow-ups, and consistently meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
  • Demonstrate resilience and a positive attitude when navigating challenges and rejections while focusing on long-term success.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a business development or sales role focusing on the India market.
  • A passion for sales and technology, with interest in cloud security and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of effective sales processes and methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC or Command of the Message) is a plus.
  • Cloud/security sales experience is a plus.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
