Description

  • Manage a portfolio of target accounts and persistently break into priority prospects.
  • Research accounts, identify buying signals, and multi-thread key stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing on account-specific, ABM-style campaigns.
  • Execute highly personalized outreach across calls, email, LinkedIn, video, and other creative channels.
  • Generate your own pipeline without SDR support.
  • Lead discovery, demos, objection handling, and closing conversations.
  • Own deals from first touch through signed agreement.
  • Work in a test-and-learn environment and continuously refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy.
  • Move quickly, learn from results, and improve execution on a weekly basis.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of outbound sales experience, with full-cycle experience preferred.
  • Strong outbound SDR candidates who have closed deals will also be considered.
  • Experience working with named accounts and ABM strategies.
  • Proven ability to perform in high-velocity environments, with 10–15+ meetings per month as an example.
  • Builder mindset and comfort creating process in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
  • Must be technical, analytical, results-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and administrative discipline.
  • Solid writing, phone, and general communication skills.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written; a second language is considered an asset.
