Description

Manage a portfolio of B2B client accounts as the primary point of contact.
Translate client goals into actionable briefs for fulfillment teams.
Collaborate with SDR, lead generation, and copywriting teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Track campaign performance and present clear client-facing reports with insights.
Proactively identify campaign risks, recommend improvements, and uncover upsell opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic, consistent communication.
Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in account management and digital marketing.
Email marketing experience is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to turn complex data into actionable client insights.
Tech-savvy and a fast learner.
Remote work experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello is a plus.
Experience with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Seamless is a plus.
CRM or marketing automation experience is a plus.
B2B cold outreach email experience is a plus.
Background in a SaaS or agency environment is a plus.
Must provide own workstation, computer, headset, and fast reliable internet connection.
Must be prepared to work standard business hours on EST or PST.
Updated resume in English in PDF or Word format is required for application.
