Description

  • Own approximately 12 high-value client accounts and manage the client relationship end to end.
  • Set campaign strategy, run kickoffs, review deliverables, and ensure client work is executed to standard.
  • Coach, manage, and develop 2 to 3 Account Managers through feedback, training, and support.
  • Serve as the QA gate for assets, copy, campaigns, and reporting before client delivery.
  • Use AI marketing tools to produce work efficiently and train Account Managers to do the same.
  • Escalate systemic issues to the Director while resolving day-to-day team challenges.
  • Model strong client service and quality standards across the team.
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding new Account Managers as the team grows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on work across paid media (Meta/Google), SEO, email, and conversion-focused landing pages.
  • Experience designing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies that drive measurable ROI for SMBs.
  • Proven success in client retention and account growth.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring instincts, with interest in training or onboarding Account Managers.
  • Excellent communication skills for both senior client conversations and internal direction.
  • Comfort working with AI tools and AI-assisted marketing workflows.
  • Ability to own outcomes and act as the primary QA gate for deliverables.
  • Strong analytical, administrative, and organizational skills in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Preferred: experience in an SMB-focused marketing agency or SaaS environment.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
