Description

  • Write and edit high-performing copy for websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and blogs.
  • Craft copy for multiple clients across healthcare, home services, and charity sectors in Canada and the USA.
  • Work from clear briefs, timelines, review cycles, and defined campaign goals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing strategists and designers to improve campaign performance.
  • Provide suggestions and input to help optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize copy based on conversion rates, CTR, and engagement metrics.
  • Research and use SEO and AI tools to streamline content production without sacrificing quality.
  • Ensure copy is clear, persuasive, and aligned with each brand’s voice.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a copywriter and/or editor.
  • Professional-level written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment is preferred.
  • Strong marketing skills with the ability to write copy that drives action and conversions.
  • Comfortable doing both writing and editing.
  • Availability to work 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured process with briefs, timelines, and review cycles.
