Description

  • Write copy across long-form and short-form formats, including articles, product explainers, whitepapers, ads, social posts, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Translate complex crypto and Web3 concepts into clear, engaging language for both crypto-native and newcomer audiences.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across channels and adapt tone for different platforms and contexts.
  • Use AI tools, especially Claude with MCPs and agents, to increase content output and quality while ensuring a high human editorial standard.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to support launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
  • Research crypto and Web3 trends to keep content timely, accurate, and culturally relevant.
  • Contribute to creative concepting by developing campaign ideas, messaging frameworks, and copy directions.
  • Review and edit AI-generated copy and content created by other team members to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Contribute to image and visual creative briefs when needed, with some understanding of AI image generation tools.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as a copywriter, content strategist, or creative with a strong portfolio spanning long-form and short-form work.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to write clearly, purposefully, and adapt across tone and format.
  • Strong narrative and storytelling instincts, including the ability to build structure and write punchy, concise lines when needed.
  • Strong editing skills with the ability to self-edit rigorously and improve others' work without losing their voice.
  • Solid understanding of the crypto and Web3 ecosystem, including Bitcoin, DeFi, NFTs, tokenomics, and the broader crypto landscape.
  • Experience writing about or working within Web3 products or companies, such as an exchange, protocol, wallet, infrastructure provider, or agency.
  • Ability to empathize with both technical and non-technical audiences and adjust copy accordingly.
  • Awareness of regulatory and reputational sensitivities in the crypto space and ability to write compliantly without losing impact.
  • Hands-on experience using AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini in a professional creative workflow.
  • Strong prompt engineering skills and a clear editorial framework for evaluating AI-generated content.
  • Familiarity with AI image generation tools is a plus.
  • Curiosity about emerging AI creative tools and willingness to test, iterate, and share learnings.
  • Comfort working at pace in a fast-moving environment while managing multiple briefs and deadlines.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and self-directed, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and pitch opportunities independently.
  • A thoughtful view on the intersection of AI and creativity, with respect for where human craft still matters most.
