Description

  • Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Source, screen, and conduct initial outreach to healthcare candidates by phone, video, email, and text.
  • Review resumes, certifications, licensure, experience, and availability for caregivers and clinicians.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and agency leadership.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and onboarding documentation.
  • Track licenses, certifications, background checks, CPR/BLS requirements, insurance documentation, and other credentials.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of caregivers and licensed healthcare professionals for current and future staffing needs.
  • Match caregivers to clients and clinicians to patient visits based on availability, location, discipline, care needs, and preferences.
  • Coordinate shift offers, replacements, call-offs, schedule changes, missed visits, and urgent coverage needs.
  • Collaborate with intake, clinical, administrative, and field teams to support timely patient care and compliance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a home care agency, home health agency, healthcare staffing, healthcare recruitment, medical scheduling, or workforce coordination role.
  • Experience recruiting caregivers and/or licensed healthcare professionals.
  • Scheduling experience in a healthcare, home care, home health, or staffing environment.
  • Experience using WellSky in a home care or home health setting.
  • Strong understanding of caregiver staffing, client matching, shift coverage, and field staff coordination.
  • Familiarity with home health scheduling concepts such as visit frequencies, territories, and discipline-specific scheduling.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, follow-up, and accurate data entry skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements.
  • Experience with healthcare platforms such as WellSky Personal Care, WellSky Home Health, ClearCare, AxisCare, AlayaCare, KanTime, Axxess, HHAeXchange, MatrixCare, or Homecare Homebase is highly valued.
  • Experience with recruitment and productivity tools such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, ATS platforms, CRM platforms, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, RingCentral, Calendly, or AI tools like ChatGPT is highly valued.
  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly.
  • Must have relevant work experience.
  • Must be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding.
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on when needed.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer required.
  • High-speed internet connection required, minimum 25 Mbps.
  • Noise-canceling headset required.
  • Webcam required for virtual meetings.
  • Quiet, professional workspace required.
