Description

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Send appointment reminders and follow-up messages to patients.
  • Respond to patient inquiries by email and through the CRM.
  • Manage incoming leads in Go High Level (GHL).
  • Book appointments quickly to reduce lead drop-off.
  • Follow up with leads during off-hours to improve conversion rates.
  • Handle objections and guide patients toward booking an appointment.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with patients at all times.
  • Support the practice by reducing staff workload through efficient lead handling.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills with clear spoken and written English and no heavy accent.
  • Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong rapport-building, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to respond quickly to time-sensitive inquiries and manage leads efficiently.
  • Experience handling patient inquiries in a healthcare or medical setting.
  • Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) or a similar CRM tool is preferred.
  • Basic medical knowledge is preferred.
  • Reliable internet connection and a strong work ethic.
  • Availability to work Friday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM EDT, including weekends and off-hours.
  • Must be able to provide NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding.
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on when needed.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer, high-speed internet of at least 10 Mbps, noise-canceling headset, webcam, and a quiet professional workspace.
