Description

  • Conduct multi-channel outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, voicemail drops, and video outreach.
  • Follow up on leads from events, webinars, and content, and respond to GTM campaign-sourced leads within 24 hours.
  • Run light discovery conversations and secure qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Ensure booked meetings meet fit and intent criteria and protect account executive calendars.
  • Research target accounts, enrich contacts, log intent signals, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Use sales automation and AI tools to personalize outreach, summarize calls, and sync notes.
  • A/B test subject lines, call openers, and channel mix to improve outbound performance.
  • Document successful experiments and contribute insights to the SDR playbook.
  • Collaborate weekly with Sales, GTM, and MOps teams to improve the lead-to-pipeline process.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of outbound SDR or BDR success in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting monthly meeting-booked and pipeline targets.
  • Perfect written and spoken English.
  • Daily fluency with Salesforce.
  • Experience with at least one sales-engagement platform such as Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
  • Curiosity, coachability, and strong data discipline.
