Description

  • Process client paperwork, forms, and documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Execute money movement requests, including wires, ACH transfers, and journal entries, according to firm and custodial policies.
  • Monitor and manage service requests in a centralized queue, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of transactions and communications in CRM and custodial platforms.
  • Serve as a liaison with custodians and third-party platforms to resolve operational issues and facilitate transactions.
  • Stay current on custodial procedures, platform updates, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure operational activities meet compliance standards and internal controls.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers, Wealth Advisors, and internal departments to support client service delivery.
  • Identify and report operational inefficiencies or recurring issues and help improve processes.
  • Assist with documenting, refining, and training on standard operating procedures as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • 2 to 4 years of job-related experience.
  • Experience in the financial services industry required.
  • Prior office experience with a customer service focus is helpful.
  • Notary designation is a plus.
  • Strong ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Prior experience using a CRM system, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional early or late hours as needed.
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment or dedicated home office free of interruptions.
