Description

  • Schedule in-person appointments with external providers and confirm all appointment details.
  • Track appointment status and complete follow-up actions to ensure nothing is missed.
  • Fax and transmit medical records, referrals, and other documentation to the correct recipients on time.
  • Support clinicians with accurate and timely data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update the Clinically Integrated In-Person Coverage Map.
  • Communicate professionally with patients, provider offices, and internal clinical teams.
  • Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to support smooth appointment and documentation workflows.
  • Take full ownership of the appointment lifecycle from booking through follow-up.

Requirements

  • Experience in medical scheduling or healthcare administration is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail is required.
  • Comfortable using EHR systems, scheduling tools, and standard office software.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and operations teams.
  • Must speak and write English very clearly.
  • Must have relevant work experience.
  • Must be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding.
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on when needed.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer is required, along with a high-speed internet connection of at least 10 Mbps, a noise-canceling headset, a webcam, and a quiet professional workspace.
