Description

Productionize GTM prototypes with authentication, error handling, data integrity, testing, monitoring, documentation, and handover processes.
Own infrastructure for GTM services, including hosting, environments, CI/CD, secrets, backups, dependencies, and releases.
Own security for partner-facing software, including authentication, authorization, role scoping, and customer-data protection.
Maintain code quality through repository ownership, code reviews, feature flags, and shipping standards.
Plan and run staged releases, pilot programs, rollback plans, and release communications with the GTM team.
Build integrations that enable appropriate data use across tools and departments with internal data, process, and product specialists.
Co-own the context layer used by GTM, sales, customer success, and other agents.
Contribute to Wingtra’s AI engineering practices.

Requirements

University degree in software engineering or computer science.
3+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including operating a customer-facing web application in production.
Experience with TypeScript/Next.js, Postgres, and a modern hosting platform.
Experience using coding agents and reviewing, hardening, and owning code created by others.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization, multi-tenant scoping, secrets management, and data-protection fundamentals.
Experience integrating CRM and ERP APIs, such as HubSpot, Odoo, or equivalent, using webhooks and reconciling cross-system data.
Product management experience, including internal and external customer interactions and product-management practices.
Ability to document decisions, communicate proactively, and uphold delivery standards across distributed teams.
Commercial fluency with pricing models, channel margins, and renewal terms (preferred).
Experience in partner/channel businesses, two-tier distribution, or productionizing others’ prototypes (preferred).
