Description

  • Manage a backlog of internal and client requests for SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • Create and enhance SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, workflows, and related solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement automated solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform tools.
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint and Power Platform issues and provide ongoing technical support.
  • Support SharePoint site and content migrations.
  • Develop and maintain technical, process, user-guidance, and training documentation.
  • Develop reports and dashboards for client reporting needs.
  • Follow established governance, technical models, and development standards.
  • Train diverse user groups and communicate directly with clients to resolve issues and deliver solutions.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance.
  • 5–7 years of SharePoint administration and development experience.
  • Experience creating, configuring, provisioning, and maintaining numerous SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries.
  • 3–5 years of Power Apps development experience, including custom SharePoint list forms and canvas apps.
  • Experience creating and supporting at least 20 Power Apps forms of varying complexity.
  • 3–5 years of Power Automate experience, including at least 20 workflows of varying complexity.
  • 3–5 years of Power BI experience, including at least 10 reports of varying complexity.
  • Ability to independently test solutions, gather and document requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver end-user training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with clients and diverse user groups.
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio, Power Pages, Microsoft Dataverse, JSON, ShareGate, InfoPath, Nintex, or GenAI/ChatGPT for Power Platform development (preferred).
