Description

  • Review video introductions and role-specific assessments to determine which candidates move forward.
  • Conduct up to 10 candidate interviews per day, with 30 minutes allocated to each interview.
  • Write clear interview notes and candidate profiles for hiring leaders to use the same day.
  • Endorse top candidates to operations leaders and executives with supporting evidence.
  • Contribute to sourcing efforts alongside the dedicated recruitment coordinator.
  • Attend weekly coaching, team meetings, and calibration sessions.
  • Send a daily end-of-day report on pipeline activity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to run focused 30-minute interviews.
  • Excellent written English for candidate profiling and interview documentation.
  • Ability to sustain quality and structure across 10 interviews per day.
  • Comfortable working US hours, with flexibility across regions.
  • Experience hiring for operations or software engineering roles is a bonus.
  • Experience recruiting in the US, Philippines, or Latin America markets is a bonus.
  • Remote work setup as an independent contractor.
  • Self-provided equipment.
