Description

  • Design and implement the Workforce Utilization Score using time logs, active accounts, and productivity indicators.
  • Develop and maintain EOD bot analytics to automate daily performance summaries and activity reporting.
  • Build real-time dashboards that flag idle, at-risk, or unassigned talent for proactive redeployment.
  • Create attendance risk algorithms to predict absenteeism, attrition, or engagement drops.
  • Partner with Operations, Training, and HR to align data definitions, reporting logic, and corrective triggers.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on attendance, productivity, and client satisfaction trends and correlations.
  • Maintain data accuracy and hygiene across workforce systems and shadow databases.
  • Generate periodic workforce health reports for leadership, including utilization rate, idle ratio, and SLA adherence.
  • Lead the Shadow Layer roadmap and define automation priorities and integrations with existing tools such as Apploye, Wing App, and HRIS.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in workforce analytics, business intelligence, or operations data management.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, SQL, or data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Experience with automation tools, bots, or workflow integrations such as Zapier, Make, or internal scripts.
  • Proven track record of building data models or utilization frameworks for service or workforce-based businesses.
  • High attention to detail, analytical rigor, and ability to translate data insights into operational actions.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in BPO or remote workforce environments with utilization and attendance monitoring systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with predictive modeling or risk flag algorithms is preferred.
  • Background in managing data governance or ETL processes between multiple systems is preferred.
