Description

Upload and curate engaging multimedia content across social media platforms.
Manage day-to-day interactions, inquiries, reviews, and customer feedback.
Gather audience, engagement, trend, competitor, and promotional insights to inform marketing efforts.
Develop or oversee content calendars, campaign schedules, and post planning.
Collaborate with internal teams on content development, strategy, and promotional initiatives.
Moderate conversations and build rapport with the brand audience.
Research influencers, compatible products, and businesses for partnership opportunities.
Create written content such as captions and descriptions for social media posts.
Assist the Ad Manager with the implementation of social media advertising campaigns.
Handle general administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field or a certified course in marketing or business.
At least 2 years of experience in social media or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at B2 level or higher.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in layouts, graphics fundamentals, typography, and print/web design.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
A compelling portfolio showing a wide range of creative projects.
Ability to work a graveyard shift.
Technical setup including a USB noise-canceling headset and working webcam.
Main and backup computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM, plus wired internet of at least 25 Mbps and backup internet of at least 10 Mbps.
