Description

  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies in collaboration with strategy and creative teams.
  • Manage day-to-day social content across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly social editorial calendar in alignment with the wider content team.
  • Create reactive content in response to social trends and cultural moments.
  • Ensure content complies with legal requirements such as copyright and data protection.
  • Develop social content from client briefs and identify proactive opportunities that support brand objectives.
  • Present ideas clearly to clients and colleagues and explain creative thinking.
  • Revise and redevelop content based on feedback.
  • Track performance metrics and use insights to inform future creative development.
  • Own the full creative process from ideation through final social content creation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a social-first creative for an agency or brand.
  • Active, native-level familiarity with multiple social platforms.
  • Experience developing social executions for brands.
  • Strong awareness of emerging social trends across platforms.
  • Experience creating reactive content in response to social trends.
  • Experience working with innovative brands that push cultural boundaries.
  • Comfort recording content and appearing on camera.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end production, including copywriting and creative development.
  • Strong visual attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and community-driven content planning.
  • Video editing is required, including basic editing of your own content.
  • Ability to manage projects independently from concept to completion.
  • Experience with User-Generated Content (UGC) is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
