Description

Develop and execute creative social media strategies in collaboration with strategy and creative teams.
Manage day-to-day social content across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and especially Instagram and TikTok.
Develop a monthly social editorial calendar and align it with the wider content team.
Create reactive content in response to social trends and cultural moments.
Ensure content complies with legal requirements, including copyright and data protection.
Develop new creative concepts in response to client briefs and brand objectives.
Present ideas to clients and colleagues and clearly explain creative thinking.
Revise and redevelop content based on feedback.
Use performance metrics to inform future creative development.
Own the creative process from ideation through production and final content creation.

Requirements

2+ years of proven experience as a social-first creative for an agency or brand.
Active across multiple social platforms and comfortable working as a social native.
Strong passion for socially led creative thinking.
Experience developing social executions for brands and crafting reactive content.
Strong awareness of emerging social trends across platforms.
Experience working on brave, innovative brands that push cultural boundaries.
Comfortable recording content and appearing on camera.
Ability to manage end-to-end production, including copywriting and creative development.
Video editing is required, including basic editing of personal content.
Strong visual attention to detail and accuracy.
Deep understanding of consumer behavior and community needs.
Well-versed in the User-Generated Content (UGC) landscape.
Must be able to work remotely from or in the Santiago area of Chile.
