Description

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Perform keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize content.
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including link building, meta-tag optimization, and content enhancement.
  • Collaborate with content creators to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and other web content for SEO.
  • Monitor technical SEO issues and recommend fixes to improve website performance.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in SEO strategy.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights to improve SEO results.
  • Assist in planning and implementing content strategies tailored to the brand’s audience.
  • Work closely with marketing and development teams to achieve SEO objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at B2 level or higher.
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management platforms such as WordPress or Wix.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work on a graveyard shift.
  • Technical setup requirements including a USB noise-cancelling headset, webcam, 1.8 GHz computer with at least 4GB RAM, and stable internet with at least 25 Mbps main connection and 10 Mbps backup connection.
