Description

  • Contact potential and existing customers through multiple channels to generate a pipeline of leads.
  • Engage prospects, build rapport, and assess fit between customer needs and company products or services.
  • Schedule sales demos and meetings.
  • Set up and manage a CRM or contact list.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategy.
  • Set sales goals, track results, and report sales team performance metrics.
  • Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys and compile results into a datasheet or report.
  • Handle general administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate course graduate.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and manage customer relationships.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, at least C1 level.
  • Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM systems, and VoIP.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as MS Office.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar.
  • Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented.
  • Willingness and ability to work a graveyard shift.
  • USB noise-canceling headset required.
  • Working webcam required.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM required.
  • Main internet speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection required.
  • Backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps required.
