Description

  • Find prospective buyers according to client instructions and cultivate connections through email, social media, and calls.
  • Contact potential and existing customers through multiple channels to create a pipeline of leads.
  • Engage with potential customers, build rapport, and assess fit for company products or services.
  • Schedule sales demos and meetings.
  • Set up and manage a CRM or contact list.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategy.
  • Set sales goals and report sales team performance results.
  • Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys, then compile the results into a datasheet or report.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.
  • Perform general administrative and ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate course graduate.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and manage customer relationships successfully.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, at least C1 level.
  • Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Solid organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP tools.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets such as MS Office.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
  • Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
  • Working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection.
  • Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Must be located in the US and available to work US hours (20-40 hours per week).
