Description

  • Reach out to customers to share information about products or services and support sales efforts.
  • Qualify leads over the phone and enter customer information into a CRM system.
  • Coordinate customer appointments and follow up on rescheduling.
  • Make collection calls, resolve debts, and update customer payment information using detailed scripts.
  • Execute and monitor customer surveys and compile results into datasheet reports.
  • Address support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategy.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or completion of any certificate course.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Experience successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, at least C1 level.
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with current technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and CRM systems.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as MS Office.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar.
  • Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
  • Working webcam.
  • Main and backup computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM minimum.
  • Main internet connection with at least 25 Mbps wired speed.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps speed.
