Description

  • Provide Tier 1 customer support to customers and floral partners via phone and email.
  • Listen to customer inquiries, diagnose issues, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the engineering team when needed.
  • Advocate for users by resolving concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Help customers and partners get the most value from BloomNation's platform.
  • Maintain accurate and efficient communication with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience in a customer-facing role is highly valued.
  • Retail or service industry experience is a big plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable learning and using support tools; Salesforce or similar experience is a plus.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
  • Able to work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, optimistic, and caring with strong relationship-building ability.
  • Passion for supporting small businesses and local florists.
