Description

  • Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound screening and interview calls using provided scripts.
  • Qualify candidates against defined screening criteria.
  • Maintain consistent energy and professionalism throughout candidate interactions.
  • Schedule interviews using automated calendar systems.
  • Record call outcomes, notes, and candidate feedback in internal tracking tools.
  • Follow established recruitment workflows and call processes precisely.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, call handling, or interview-based roles.
  • Strong comfort with frequent inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and engaging.
  • Highly reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Baseline knowledge of basic LLMs such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and CoPilot.
  • Advanced reading and comprehension skills to understand screening scripts, criteria, and documentation.
  • Professional written English for accurate internal notes and follow-ups.
  • Fluent spoken English with a neutral to minimal accent required.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, and a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Reliable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps cable service and a 10 Mbps backup connection.
