Description

  • Lead and manage projects that improve organizational operations and marketing efforts.
  • Oversee projects through planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
  • Develop and monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
  • Align marketing objectives with operational goals across the organization.
  • Identify and implement automation tools and systems to streamline workflows and communications.
  • Automate administrative tasks, data collection, and reporting using CRM, email automation, and project management platforms.
  • Troubleshoot automation-related issues with technical teams.
  • Stay current on automation trends and tools to recommend efficient solutions.
  • Support community, onboarding, nurturing, events, paid advertising, and fundraising workflows as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience within the nonprofit sector.
  • Proven experience integrating automation tools and processes into marketing operations.
  • Experience managing an app community with a social media presence.
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of getting work done effectively.
  • Ability to supervise a marketer is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Circle.so, including community backend automations, CRM, and marketing functions.
  • Familiarity with GiveButter for giving, payments, fundraising, CRM, and marketing is preferred.
  • Experience with major social media channels.
  • Ability to build automations for onboarding, user nurturing, event calendars, paid advertising, and fundraising is preferred.
  • USB noise-cancelling headset and a working webcam are required.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps cable speed and backup internet of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Willingness to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST in a remote role.
